Order Processing

All orders are carefully prepared before dispatch.

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed. During new collection launches, promotional periods, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local courier services.

Portugal 5–9 business days
Europe 5–10 business days
International 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery delays caused by customs, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier services are outside of our control.


Shipping Costs

We offer Free Shipping across Europe on all orders over €110.

For orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

International shipping rates are also calculated at checkout.


Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.


Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges.

These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If you've entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible at info@soleyacollection.com. We'll do our best to update your order before it's shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.


Delayed Deliveries

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delays may occasionally occur.
