Returns Policy
At SOLEYA, we want you to love every piece you choose. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully before submitting a request.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, carry any scent, or are missing original tags will not be accepted.
Returns are not accepted on sale items or items marked as final sale. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Once your return request is approved in writing by our team, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. Please do not send anything before receiving written confirmation from us.
All return requests must be submitted through our official Return Request Form. This is the only way to initiate a return.
